As with any electronic device, a vaporizer/e-cigarette requires power to function which it generally draws from a battery. With that being said, these batteries do not hold an infinite amount of power and must be charged. Thankfully, the vaping industry has made this incredibly easy and you probably already have all the tools you need to charge your device.
Generally speaking, there are two types of batteries used in e-cigarettes; built-in cells and removable batteries. Looking first at built-in cells, this type of battery is integrated into the device and can be charged through the vape itself. Simply locate the charging port on the e-cigarette, connect the correct charger, and plug the charger into a wall or USB port. Many modern devices feature a power cut-off, meaning the device will stop charging once the battery is full.
While there are plenty of devices that employ built-in cells, there are just as many e-cigarettes that employ removable batteries. These also require consistent charging, though this has to be done using an external charger. Simply remove the batteries from your device, and place them into the external charger that should be connected to a wall socket. If your e-cigarette has removable batteries but also allows for charging through the device, we recommend you still use an external charger to preserve battery life and integrity.
