If you wish to make an adjustment to your order please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so they can make the necessary arrangements. At this time, we are able to adjust orders to reflect changes to the following:
- Changing the shipping address
- Contact info
- Removing an item
- Modifying an existing item (colour, nicotine strength, etc)
- Replacing an item for another of equal value
- Consolidating shipping for two orders that are still in processing
In the event that you require additional changes, we may still be able to make arrangements to better assist you.
If you are shipping with Canada Post: Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your address, contact information or order if your order has left our warehouse.
If you are shipping with Flashbird: We may be able to change your contact and address information. However, we may not be able to guarantee the day / next day delivery timeframe in the event adjustments are made.
