While dry herb is the most popular option form of cannabis consumption, wax and concentrates are quickly rising in popularity, due in part to the popularization of concentrate vaporizers. Part of this comes from how simple it is to use a concentrate vaporizer, though there are still some things to consider when vaping with this sort of device.
Start by turning on your device by clicking the power button five times till you receive some sort of feedback -- a blinking light will generally turn on. When you are finished vaping, be sure to turn off your device to ensure it does not accidentally fire and cause damage to your device.
Next, begin packing your vaporizer by removing the mouthpiece and gaining access to the chamber. To pack your vaporizer, use a dab tool (which should have been provided with your device) to scoop up your wax or concentrate and dab it directly on the coil. Be careful during this step, as poking too hard can damage the metal coil.
Once you’ve properly packed your heating chamber, you can now reassemble your device and begin vaping. Once you press the button on your vaporizer, the wax should start melting immediately, so make sure your lips are already placed on the mouthpiece and you’re ready to inhale. When using your wax vaporizer, be sure to take short inhales to ensure you do not burn off all the wax and get a dry hit.
Finally, be sure to keep your coil clean, as gunked up material can cause performance issues.
