If your herbal vaporizer fails to function, you may automatically assume it’s broken/defective and will need to be replaced by the manufacturer. While this may be the case in some instances, generally speaking, your device not turning on is a fairly simple issue to resolve that you can handle all on your own.
First, ensure your device is turned on by clicking the fire button five times. Just because your device doesn’t have a dedicated on/off switch, does not mean it cannot be turned on and off. Clicking the fire button five times rapidly should turn on the majority of devices, and clicking it five times again will shut it off.
Next, check your batteries to make sure they have a charge on them and can provide adequate power to activate your device. To check/fix this issue, simply connect your device to the charger and give it time to fill the cells. If the batteries are external, connect them to an external charger and check the cell. If the external battery indicates it is 3.0V or under, the battery can no longer be used and will have to be replaced.
