A shipping confirmation is emailed to you, at the email address attached entered at checkout, when the order is printed. If you have not received your shipping confirmation please have a look in your inbox for an email from email@example.com
Orders shipped with Canada Post: Your tracking information will be in this email and your parcel can be tracked directly via the Canada Post website here. Please note, the tracking information will show as “invalid” until the package arrives at a Canada Post sorting facility.
For customers in the GTA who have shipped with our same day / next day delivery partner Swyft: Your tracking information will not be included in this email, instead you will be updated via text message when your parcel is en route. You can read about same day shipping service here.
