Tracking information will be included in this email if your orders are shipped via Canada Post. Your parcel can be tracked directly on the Canada Post website. Please note that the tracking information will show as “invalid” until the package arrives at a Canada Post sorting facility.
For customers in Greater Toronto Area (GTA) who chose to ship with Flashbird for same-day or next-day delivery service, your tracking information will be updated via text message when your parcel is en route.
