Orders are processed and picked up between 3pm to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday. It can take our team up to a full business day to process an order and ship it out. This means an order placed on a Friday may not be shipped out until the following Monday.
Upon being shipped out, we rely upon our courier partners to oversee the safe delivery of the order and delivery times can vary.
If you believe your order has become lost or delayed with the courier, please contact our Customer Service who can open a service ticket with the courier on your behalf.
