If there is an issue with your device, and the item was purchased in-store, please bring your device back to the store where it was purchased and one of our staff will be happy to assist you. If the device was purchased online, please contact our Customer Service department with your order number, and a detailed description of the issue you’re experiencing.
If your device cannot be fixed through support, and is still within warranty, we’re able to provide a replacement free of charge. In the event that your device is out of warranty with us, we will still attempt to troubleshoot the device for you.
